Kinesiotaping For Chronic Pain

Chronic pain can be a result of many injuries & dysfunctions. Kinesiotaping can help treat chronic pain by correcting those dysfunctions or the by-products of those injuries.
Posture is an example of such a dysfunction. Taping can re-align joints & muscles in such a way that they work more efficiently, with better biomechanics. Increased muscle tension can be reduced thru Kinesiotaping. Fascial restriction can limit normal movement and can be corrected with taping. Poor lymphatic drainage can cause pain, and can also be improved with Kinesiotaping. There are an infinite number of kinesiotaping techniques that could improve chronic pain, find a practitioner that has trained in the Kinesiotaping method and give it a try.
